It’s summer, and I should be thinking about Watermelon and squirt guns, but my TeacherPayTeacher brain has me thinking of apples!
We spend a big part of September learning and reading about apples and apple themed activities. We even take a trip to our local apple orchard.
I decided to get a head start and rethink some of the materials I use to teach apples, and I decided to put these resources together in a packet to share in my shop.
A couple of my apple favorites are:
*Apple observations
*Apple Poem mini book
*Apple shaped fact book (for students to write in)
*Johnny Appleseed writing
*Cut & Glue How and Apple Grows
*Seasons of an Apple Tree
*Apple themed Number Word Write the room (my favorite type of math center activity).
